The Real Record 2

OK, now there is a big todo at A Chicken Is Not Pillage and What RIGHT in Montana. It goes pretty deepl, but the central message is that Eric Coobs tried to paint Tester in a bad light because he got positive ratings from gay and lesbian orgaizations. So, I will use this opportunity to give the second installment on what Mr Burns has been up to while he was vactioning in Washington DC.
