The Real Record 2

OK, now there is a big todo at A Chicken Is Not Pillage and What RIGHT in Montana. It goes pretty deepl, but the central message is that Eric Coobs tried to paint Tester in a bad light because he got positive ratings from gay and lesbian orgaizations. So, I will use this opportunity to give the second installment on what Mr Burns has been up to while he was vactioning in Washington DC. In this installment, we'll see how various interest groups rate Mr Burns.
